"Rainbows have fun! We play games and have parties and make yummy food. My favourite things about Rainbows are my friends, making stuff with glitter and having adventures."
Rainbows are aged five to seven and are part of the largest organisation for girls and young women in the UK, which has around 600,000 members. Rainbows can grow up to be Brownies, Guides and Senior Section members.

The Rainbow Jigsaw

There are lots of activities for Rainbows to choose from, in their very own programme, called The Rainbow Jigsaw. Rainbows have some badges too. Every badge, just like the programme, has four parts:

The Rainbow Guide Promise

I Promise that I will do my best:
to think about my beliefs,
to be kind and helpful.

What Do Rainbows Wear?

Rainbows wear a special uniform polo shirt and can choose to add a hooded jacket, jog pants or cycle shorts if they wish. If you'd like to see the options take a look at the uniform pages in Guiding Essentials.
