Centenary Carnival - 24th and 25th April 2010

Girlguiding Midlands organised a spectacular event at Drayton Manor Park and Zoo for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section members from all over the Midlands. Over 7,000 girls attended on Saturday, and over 10,000 on Sunday. Both days started with a procession around the park, with each county wearing a different colour - Staffordshire were pink. There then followed a concert that included several talented Guides, after which the girls had the remainder of the day to enjoy the many great rides.
