The long awaited launch to our Centenary year was met with great excitement as we joined with Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section members from all over Staffordshire to share in this amazing extravaganza in the grounds of beautiful Shugborough Hall. One hundred years after a few determined girls gate-crashed the Crystal Palace Scout Rally, to ask Lord Baden-Powell for "something for the girls", we celebrated our past, present and future by partying our way into the evening, and were treated to a fantastic fireworks finale.
